The best thing I like about Daniel from Imperial Roofing is that he was honest. He didn’t try to sell me a roof that I didn’t need. He identified some minor issues with roof and fixed them for a very reasonable price. It is very important to be careful who you hire. There are a lot of contractors out there who will try to tell you that your roof needs replacing, when it doesn’t.

The crew worked very quickly and did an exceptional job cleaning up afterwards. There was no trash in my yard or nails in my driveway when they left. I don’t know if I would have made it through the process of getting my roof replaced through my insurance provider without Daniel’s help. They REALLY did not want to replace my roof or do what was right, but Daniel was absolutely wonderful and advised me through every step of the process. Daniel Watkins went above and beyond for us. We initially contracted with him for repair of the top of our 20-foot chimney and re-installment of our chimney cap. Then he went to bat for us with our insurance company by doing all the paperwork for the roof claim. Once our insurance approved, he brought out samples of shingles and sent multiple pictures and addresses to us. We were very picky about the color, and he was so patient!! His crew showed up when promised, Daniel was onsite the whole time, and they worked hard and completed the roof in one day. They were extra careful about the cleanup and made sure no trash or metal was in the yard afterward. Daniel made a trip back to paint our flashing, as the old paint on it was dull and matched the old gray roof. We are beyond pleased with the new look of our home. Would definitely recommend Daniel and Imperial Roofing, and will definitely call on him again should the need arise.Services: Attic venting, Roof installation
